     David R. Stephens is the President of Legacy Business Advisor’s Mid-Atlantic LLC. Our firm focuses on developing and implementing a comprehensive 12 step process to maximize value for our clients. It is not only what we do, it is what our clients have come to expect. Dave was the past Agency Executive Senior Partner with MassMutual Commonwealth, in Virginia Beach Va. and is also President of Stephens Financial Partners, with 20 years’ experience in Personal Financial Planning.

     Dave’s professional specialties include, Business Coaching, Goal Setting, Business Continuity, Continuation, Succession and Exit Planning. Dave is also licensed and provides professional advice on Investment, Risk Management, and Estate Planning Strategies. Dave is an active member of The Legacy Business Advisor Network, The Exit Planning Institute a, The National Veteran Small Business Collation, a contributor to the Old Dominion University Strome Business Entrepreneurial Center and actively engaged in our local Coastal Virginia business growth and development.

     Dave has been the past President of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association of South Eastern Virginia and received The National Community Service Award from Mass Mutual in 2015 and was awarded a $25,000 contribution to The Alzheimer’s Association. Dave was also the past Vice President of The Virginia Beach SPCA and the President of Toby’s Dream Foundation and is currently in involved with The Honor Foundation as a coach and a part of the 2021 Neptune Festival and a Ambassador to the city of Virginia Beach.  Dave resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Debbie, and is the proud father of Alex Stephens and 2 Yorkies, Roxy and Ginger.
